On Saturday 15 November, I dropped by Emerald Hills Maccas to support this year's McHappy Day. McHappy Day is always a heartwarming reminder of what it means to show up for something bigger than us. More than just burgers and bucket hats, McHappy Day is about standing with families doing it tough. Every dollar raised helps Ronald McDonald House Charities keep families close when a child is seriously ill or injured. Funds go towards providing not just a roof, but a lifeline through Houses, Family Rooms, Learning Programs and more. It's easy to underestimate the power of small actions, but when a whole community gets behind a cause like this, the impact is massive. Over 69,000 families across Australia benefit from RMHC's support each year, and that's something worth smiling about.
