On 12 October, I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing the flavours, music, and spirit of this year's Food & Wine Artisan Festival. Hosted by the Canterbury Bankstown Chamber of Commerce and the William Inglis Hotel, the event was a fantastic celebration of local business and community. With over 50 food and wine stalls, live music, kids' activities, and even special appearances from the Bulldogs Mascot, Paddy from NSW SES, and Paw Patrol, there was something for everyone. What made the day enjoyable wasn't just the delicious food or entertainment, but the way it brought people together. Food is a universal language. One that connects cultures, tells stories, and brings neighbours together around a shared table. A big thank you to CBCC, the William Inglis Hotel, all the sponsors, vendors, and volunteers who made this event possible. You've helped improve brand visibility for our local makers and build a more connected South‑West Sydney.
