I acknowledge CNA Multicultural Services' tenth anniversary. This special milestone was celebrated over the weekend, in conjunction with a fundraising event for motor neurone disease [MND] research. Marking a decade of tireless service to our community, CNA continues to lead with heart, this year dedicating its celebration, 3,000 Minds, to the nearly 3,000 Australians living with MND, and in memory of those lost, including CNA member and former editor of Allora! and my good mate Franco Baldi. CNA's partnership with Macquarie University's Motor Neuron Disease Research Centre reflects a deep commitment to shaping a fairer, healthier future for all. Founded to meet the needs of the Italian Australian community in Sydney's south-west, CNA has grown into a beacon of inclusion and advocacy, empowering our incredible local Italian community to participate and contribute to Australian society. I extend my sincere thanks to CNA for championing this cause and for all the work it has done over the past decade.
