In mid-April a much-loved local business in my electorate, Campisi Butchery, will celebrate an incredible 50 years serving my wonderful community. Since opening in 1976, this family-run business has built a reputation for quality food, friendly service and deep roots in the local area. For half a century, Campisi has provided a wide range of Italian and Australian cuts of fresh meat, cured smallgoods and ready-to-cook meals, earning recognition for the quality of their products. Their commitment to farm-fresh, free-range and organic options has made them a trusted local favourite. The Campisi name has expanded recently, with the opening of Roberto's Deli in Emerald Hills, which offers a wide variety of deli treats and hearty sandwiches. I tried them out the other week and can testify they are fantastic. I congratulate Joe and everyone at Campisi on 50 years of service.
