It's been a full year since the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Hindu Mandir and Cultural Precinct in Kemps Creek officially opened. It was a privilege to join the community in celebrating its first Patotsav, marking the temple's one-year anniversary. Since its inauguration in the presence of His Holiness Mahant Swami Maharaj, the Mandir has welcomed thousands of visitors drawn to its stunning architecture and peaceful spiritual atmosphere. Over the past year it has become much more than a place of worship. It stands as an important cultural and community hub where families gather, traditions are honoured and values are passed on to future generations. Celebrating this milestone offered devotees and the wider community an opportunity to reflect with gratitude and recognise the Mandir's growing role in fostering faith, connection and harmony among people of many backgrounds. I thank Rutul, Jai and everyone behind the scenes for organising this special occasion and bringing the community together. I have no doubt the Mandir will continue to inspire and unite the community for many years to come.
