On Thursday 12 March, the Al-Faisal College Liverpool Iftar Dinner brought people together for an evening of connection, shared meals and meaningful conversation. Grounded in the spirit of Ramadan, it created a space where people from different faiths, cultures and walks of life could gather in reflection and mutual respect. Events like this matter. They break down barriers, build understanding, and remind us that our diversity is a strength. Especially in such a diverse community as Western Sydney. When we come together across faiths in moments of celebration, we lay the foundation for stronger, more cohesive communities. The evening also highlighted the vital role of institutions like Al-Faisal College in fostering education, inclusion and community leadership, guided by values of compassion, generosity and service.
